Refund policy

At Handloom Aura, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to help.

Exclusivity and Quality: Each of our sarees is exclusive and crafted with the finest quality materials. Due to the unique and high-quality nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless in extreme and exceptional circumstances. This ensures that every saree you receive is of the highest standard and has not been previously handled.

Return Period: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return your saree. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unworn & unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, alterations will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at contact@handloomaura.com or WhatsApp 7406626126 within 5 days of receiving your saree to initiate the return process.
  2. We will guide you on how to send the saree back to us.
  3. Ensure the saree is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Refund Policy: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 48 hours. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that the shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by us, not by the customer. Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange your saree, you can do so once we receive and inspect the returned item. After the inspection, you can make a new purchase for an item of the same value or higher. Our customer service team will assist you in selecting a new saree and applying any price difference if applicable.

Pre-Booking Orders – No Return or Exchange Applicable

Pre-booking orders are custom-woven exclusively for each customer after the order is placed. These sarees are made as per specific customer preferences, making them unique and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Since they are made on-demand so cancellations, modifications, and refunds are not permitted. We highly recommend that customers carefully review their selections before placing a pre-booking order.

Orders Below ₹1500 – No Return or Exchange Applicable

Orders with a total value of ₹1500 or below are not eligible for return or exchange. Since these orders include budget-friendly or discounted products, they are sold as final sale items and cannot be returned or replaced. We request customers to carefully review their selections before placing an order.

However, in case you receive a damaged or defective product, we will process a return or exchange. To claim this, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage upon opening the package. Without an unboxing video, return or exchange requests for orders below ₹1500 will not be accepted.

Colour Differences: Please be aware that slight colour variations may occur due to different lighting conditions during photography. While we strive to display our sarees as accurately as possible, some colours may appear slightly different in pictures compared to their appearance in real life. This is not considered a defect and will not be eligible for return based on colour differences alone.
